Your happiness matters to us. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it better.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging. Please also have your receipt or proof of purchase handy. To get started, simply reach out to us at hankyhouse.sg@gmail.com.

We'll guide you through the process and, if your return is accepted, send you a return shipping label along with easy instructions. Please note that items sent back without a prior return request won't be able to be processed.

Received Something Wrong or Damaged?

We're so sorry if that happened! Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything looks off. Whether it's damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we'll sort it out for you as quickly as we can.

Exchanges

The smoothest way to exchange an item is to return the original piece first, and once your return is approved, place a new order for what you'd like. This ensures you get exactly what you want without any delays.

Non-Returnable Items

Kindly note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll be in touch to let you know the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Do keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the amount. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it yet, please don't hesitate to contact us at hankyhouse.sg@gmail.com so we can assist you.
